Idea: AI enables adoption of developer technologies by wider audiences, potentially lo

Warrants storage as evidence of how technical barrier reduction operates, not confirmation that it does.
What this is
AI intermediation can lower the technical entry cost to adopting protocols and distributed systems, potentially expanding the population capable of coordinating through them.
What I took from it
This idea is a mechanism proposal rather than a law claim. It assumes technical barriers are a primary constraint on protocol adoption and proposes AI as a reduction lever. This is consistent with H-001's framing of coordination cost dynamics, but it introduces a specific causal pathway: technical literacy → adoption velocity → coordination availability.
The idea opens a useful refinement question: Is barrier reduction equivalent to cost displacement? If AI lowers technical barriers but increases dependency on AI intermediaries (or creates new protocol layers), has coordination cost truly decreased or merely moved? This tests whether H-001's hypothesis about conservation of coordination costs holds even when entry barriers fall.
The idea also suggests a testable prediction space: wider adoption ≠ cheaper coordination if the new population requires more mediation or generates new coordination overhead.

- H-001: Direct instantiation—proposes a specific mechanism (AI intermediation) that could lower or displace coordination costs in protocol systems.
Candidate laws or signals
CL-drwip-026-001: Barrier reduction via intermediary does not lower coordination cost; it distributes cost across new layers (intermediary dependency, AI literacy gatekeeping, abstraction fragility). Adoption breadth and coordination efficiency may decouple.
Rationale: Worth tracking as a counter-signal to the claim. Promotes investigation of whether "accessibility" and "coordination efficiency" are actually orthogonal properties in protocolized systems.
